Ashley Ann Biering of Spring Branch graduates from HPU

Ashley Ann Biering of Spring Branch was one of 62 graduates to receive a degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood at the university's Commencement held at the close of the fall 2013 semester.

Biering graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice.
