Blaine Michael Wynn of Rockwall graduates from HPU

Blaine Michael Wynn of Rockwall was one of 142 graduates to receive a degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood at the university's Commencement held at the close of the spring 2014 semester.

Wynn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice. Wynn also received Cum Laude honors. Students must have a 3.55-3.69 GPA to graduate Cum Laude.
