Michael Andrew Talley of Duncanville Graduates from HPU

Michael Andrew Talley of Duncanville was one of 125 graduates to receive a degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood at the university's Commencement held at the close of the spring 2013 semester.

Talley graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics (high school: grade 8-12).
